Security is an operating practice, not a badge. This page explains the controls available today and the boundaries we keep during guided onboarding.

Separate clinic workspaces

During this launch stage, each approved clinic is provisioned as a separate installation. We do not pool clinics into an unverified shared tenant model.

Role-aware access

Authenticated workspaces include clinic team roles and activity history so access can follow staff responsibilities.

Controlled records

Issued financial records are preserved, clinical note changes can be traced, and sensitive routes remain behind authentication.

Responsible onboarding

We verify the clinic contact before workspace creation and ask that no patient information be submitted through public forms.
