What does Free include?+
The core workspace with up to 80 new clinical visits and 50 new patients per calendar month. It also includes 1 GB of file storage per clinic. These are separate monthly allowances, not a cap on all stored patients.
Does a returning patient count as a new patient?+
No. A returning patient uses the existing patient record. A new clinical visit for that patient counts toward the visit allowance.
When do the allowances reset?+
Each calendar month. Unused allowances do not roll over. Appointments and clinical visits are different: booking an appointment does not itself create a clinical visit.
What happens when I reach an allowance?+
The Free plan is intended for clinics within both monthly allowances. If you need more new visits or patients, choose Founding Clinic. Confirm how limits are applied during onboarding before relying on Free for daily operations.
How much is Founding Clinic?+
US$30 per clinic per month, priced in US dollars, with unlimited new visits and patients and 10 GB of file storage per clinic. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges. Payment terms are confirmed before any charge.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Free signup does not create a paid subscription. Paid-plan enquiries also do not trigger an automatic charge.
How much file storage is included?+
Free includes 1 GB and Founding Clinic includes 10 GB per clinic for uploaded images and documents. Storage is a total allowance, not a monthly allowance, and does not reset each month. Contact us before reaching your limit to discuss additional capacity.
